Yes, PeriPage is a thermal printer like receipts printer, so the prints will fade over time, but our official paper is appositely improved to be high contrast, fade resistence and water resistence! Some of our paper roll are certified to last up to 10 years or more!

Please don't leave the paper exposed to heat source, hot enviromental condition can make the paper fade more quickly.

We are working to develop new type of paper that never fade!

Our official paper last 5-10 years depending on the type.

1. Please download the  PeriPage APP for your IOS or Android device. 
2. Turn on the bluetooth on your phone and the printer.
3. Open the App and connect the printer from the App.

Note: If your product cannot be connected normally, please confirm whether it is the latest version or it still cannot be connected. You can double-click the power button twice and wait for the QR code to be automatically printed out by the machine, turn on the QR code scanning function of the software, and scan to connect to the machine.

PeriPage is the thermal printer, which requires no ink. Just load the paper in, and you can print.

PeriPage A6 supports 56x30mm basic thermal paper, label thermal paper and sticker thermal paper. 
PeriPage L1 support 13.5x36mm thermal tape.
PeriPage A9/A9S/A9Pro support 56*30mm,77x30mm thermal paper, label thermal paper and sticker thermal paper.

PeriPage A9s Max support 56x30mm,77x30mm,107x30mm thermal paper, label thermal paper and sticker thermal paper.

PeriPage's official paper has passed BPA test, and it is BPA free.

Green on-fully charged / normal use state;

Red on-Charging / paper shortage / print head overheating / cover opened;

Red flashing-Low battery. It will cause the print to be light, please charge in time;

Orange on-Printer debugging mode has been entered, long press the power button until shutdown to exit debugging mode.

Red light flashes quickly-Bluetooth failed , restart the printer

Download and install the computer driver on the official website. After that, use it just like the normal printer. (The downloaded driver package contains instructions and print templates)

Any Micro-USB adapter is capable of charging PeriPage. It can also be charged by PC.

PeriPage A6 can print 8-10 rolls paper after a full charge. PeriPage A9/A9S/A9S Pro can print 8-10 rolls paper after a full charge.

PeriPage A9s Max can print 8-10 rolls paper after a full charge.

We have multiple warehouses around the world.
We usually ship from ASIA but sometimes we can also ship from USA or EUROPE depending on multiple factors.

Orders are generally shipped through the USPS or UPS, but sometimes we may use DHL, EMS, Fedex or other carriaers depending by the destination of the order.

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately including the picture of the packaging of your order with the faulty item & your order confirmation #? (within 3 days of receiving your parcel)
